3. 2 Masters Bedrooms, 3 guest rooms & 1 big family room.
4. 2 huge masters’ toilet & bath, 3 guests T&B.
5. Clay roof tiles (Spain)
6. Glass windows
7. Decorative trellis on ceilings

1. 4 units with common area in the middle
2. Textured paint
3. 1 master bedroom with T&B, 2 bedrooms & attic room on each unit.
4. 1 kitchen and 1 huge living room with parking at ground level.
