Chivalry Construction provides Construction Management (CM) and Engineering Consultancy (EC) to those clients that have construction or engineering needs. There are projects that the client has no technical or engineering background thus the need to hire a third party technical advisers and or needed technical consultants on per project basis. The company have completed several projects that we were commissioned as third party technical consultants. We can offer our technical expertise to subdivision developers, building owners, residential condominiums, office condominiums and even to site development.
The company President/CEO has varied experiences while he was still working with the Cebu Holdings, Inc. (CHI) and Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) Vismin Operations, the premier real estate developer in the country. He was the former Project Director of the company managing all VisMin projects with International Standards, the integrated management systems, 3-ISO standards, namely; ISO 9001 for Quality, ISO 14001 for Environment and OHSAS 18000 for Occupational Health and Safety. Combining all his knowledge in real estate and construction business, he is convinced that he can provide superior service to clients that would need him for their future development/projects.
