ZDZ Chivalry Construction provides Project Management (PM) and Engineering Consultancy (EC) to our customers that have construction or engineering needs. There are projects in which our customer has little to no technical/engineering background, thus, the need to hire a third party technical adviser and/or needed technical consultants on a per project basis. The company has completed several projects where we were commissioned as the third party technical consultant. We can offer our technical expertise to subdivision developers, building owners, residential condominiums, office condominiums and even site development.
Our company President and CEO has varied experiences while he was still working with the Philippines Premier Real Estate Developer. He was their former Project Director managing all Visayas-Mindanao projects with International Standards, Integrated Management Systems, 3-ISO Standards namely; ISO 9001 Quality, ISO 14001 Environment and OHSAS 18000 Occupational Health and Safety. Combining all his knowledge in real estate and construction industry, he is sure to provide to his customers the superior service that they need with their present and future developments.
